hi tannaz! i'm glad i made it to the bake sale because the dulce de leche cupcakes from Resovoir Restaurant were fantastic!! OMG I didn't know dulce de leche cupcakes could be so rich, creamy and light at the same time. I won't even bother asking for the secret but the cake part was surprisingly light as a cotton ball AND rich with flavor, with a soft-n-chewey smooth dulce surprise in the center! (how do they do it??) Yuuum!
The fruit & nut zucchini bread cupcakes were earthy and would make a nice item to have along on a hike.
Hopefully next time around you guys will have a cooler location in the shade to host your bake sale! :)
